Because we know just how important it is to keep little ones entertained, we’ve created our very own in-room Borrow Boxes – treasure troves of fun and inspirational goodies to keep kiddie boredom at bay.

We’ll pop one into your room when you add a child on to your booking, and when you’re ready to set off on your merry way, simply pack it back up and we’ll look after it until the next little borrower arrives.

Our boutique rooms are comfortable yet stylishly elegant. Choose from a twin, double beds or a suite, all with modern comforts and features for all the family to enjoy, coupled with waterfall showers and plush furnishings, we can be sure you will have a luxurious stay.

Being located in the heart of the ancient city of Exeter, you’re guaranteed to have lots of things to see and do.

We have both sofa beds and Z-beds available for children, you can rest assured that the whole family gets a fantastic night’s sleep.
